Crop tool in actions

Hello,

Whenever I call the crop tool in an action I get the white box without the handles, frame or grid (see pictures bellow).
Also when I drag the box it doesn't comes with the mouse cursor and when droped it suddenly moves farther than the mouse.
The issues appeared a few updates ago and is consistent on different computers.
Already tryed to reset the settings, and redo the action from scratch, I could use the action once but then the issue persists.
Photoshop V26.2.0 on Windows 11 Enterprise 24H2

Any help to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
