Crop tool problem

Okay, so a couple of weeks ago I updated from Photoshop CC2023 to CC2024, and this wierd bug where I cropped the image it went down to a couple of pixels image started happening (seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9bYOZuzg8U ), and I'd like to know what's happening? is there any work arounds for this?

      In the Width field there is a 1 px value.

      If you get rid of that by clicking the Clear button in the tool options bar, then the issue should be fixed.

       

      It seems you have the Perspective Crop Tool selected instead of the Crop Tool.
