CS 5.5 activation

Question

I purchased CS5.5 in 2011 which still shows in my account under registered products. Under 'Activated Devices' it shows 'You have no activated devices'. However, when I try to install CS5.5 on my new laptop it tells me that it is already active on 2 devices. I tried to reinstall on my old laptop to make sure that I had deactivated it properly, but it won't even let me do that. Any ideas?

@AKH1709 the activated devices option is only for the Creative Cloud apps, if you can't deactivate from the previous laptop, you're out of luck, Adobe no longer reset activation counts
