I would like to know where I can download Photoshop CS6 since I had to reset the computer and I have my license number to have the program again.

Even if you get it installed, it may not be possible to activate if you didn't deactivate your previous installation. If both your allowed activation slots were used and not deactivated, there's nothing you or anyone can do. Adobe will no longer reset the activation count.
