CS5 keeps freezing

I want to talk with a real person without having to have a plan. I have an older version of photoshop and I deserve the respect of being able to speak to someone regards to the product I spent money on.  Yes I know that it is old and well outdated but I should not be ignored for not paying for a plan or subscription.

for the last 3 days I have been having issues with my CS5 freezing.  I was able to still use some aspects of the program but then when I clicked to use text, it would freeze.  It has now started to not work with anything.  I can open a file or a new project but then it freezes and I cant do anything with it.

I have restarted my computer several times and I have also uninstalled it and then reinstalled it.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
