CS6 licence installation code not working on new Windows 11 computer

Question

I have been using Phtoshop and Acrobat and the other parts of the CS6 Design and Web Premium since December 2013. It worked fine on Windows 10. But recently I upgraded to Windows 11 and at the same time changed both the motherboard and hard drive when rebuilding my computer. I now cannot use my activation code because Adobe says it is already in use. (Since my old computer is rebuilt, I cannot see a way to go back to reinstate my old hard drive and remove CS6.) I am the only user and got CS6 from Adobe as a charity donation (I am a trustee) direct from Adobe. It would help if Adobe deactivated my old installation and let me re-activate it on my new one so I am back to where I was. But there seems no way they will do this. Is there any way out of this problem? I cannot rent any of the current iterations so it's my old one or not at all. Any way out please?

Adobe no longer resets activations. You have two available and MUST deactivate from a working installation before activating on a new computer.

If you have reached your activation limit and you don't have any chance to deactivate an older installation you're out of luck. Adobe has stopped the support of CS 6 products and the resetting of the actiovation counter isn't possible anymore.

I'm sorry to say, but there's no way out.
