I know in the older version there was no way to increase the cursor size within the app. Is there any way to increase the cursor size in new version? My setting & sizes as follows.

Is it because you can’t see the cursor? You can always download something to make it more visible. On my Mac I use something called Cursor Pro when I teach, it puts a big circle around my cursor so my students can always see it on my screen.
