Curvature Tool Doesn't Exist

I want to find the curvature tool, but after doing everything the help page says it isn't working. Resetting my workspace tools does nothing, restoring defaults for the toolbar does nothing, and it is not even under the extra tools list in the customize toolbar window. I am running Adobe Photoshop CC 2017, can someone help so I can use all the tools?

Hi

Do you mean the curvature pen tool? If so,it came in with CC2018 so you would need to update to the later version in order to use it.
