Curves in Photoshop on the web not working

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Curves in Photoshop on the web. I've moved your query from the older thread to this new post so we can troubleshoot it separately. Could you share a few more details to help us investigate?

• Which browser and browser version are you using?

• Which operating system and version are you using?

• Does this happen with all files, including a new document, or only with a specific file?

• When using Curves, are you able to add points to the curve but unable to move them, or does clicking the curve not add a point at all?

• Did this issue start recently?

• Could you share a screen recording showing the issue?

Also, please try opening Photoshop on the web in a private/incognito window or a different browser and let us know if Curves behaves the same way there.
