Data Set for Long Lists

I am trying to create and use data sets to fill a roster graphic. On this graphic, there are 60 total text boxes. 20 players, each player has a different name, number and position. When formatting it on Google Sheets, I have 6 columns to represent the visiting team, and home team with teach team getting 3 columns for that information.

Putting that into Photoshop, it has 10 different data sets. Is it possible to have it show up as 1 data set to populate all of the text boxes in order?

I figure its something that I am doing wrong on the CSV side but I do not know how to move forward. Most of the resources online show how to make things like badges or business cards which would fit this application well.

Everything must be on a single line below variable names if you want to replace all layers with new text and images. Thus, everything should be a single data set, not ten data sets.
