Deactivation Issues - Help!

Hi Everyone,I retired an iMac 27" and got a newer one. I wiped out the harddrive on the older one without deactivating my Photoshop. So I reinstalled on the retired iMac. I have an issue.It's telling me when I register it that my computer is offline, so I took it off wireless and hardwired the computer only to tell me I'm still offline.How do I get around that?I have so much money tied up in Photoshop purchases, I'd had to to a monthly subscription.Thanks in advance.

I think you are using CS6. In this case you can try an offline activation.

But, this is can be a problem as @D Fosse wrote. The deactivation should have been done before you delete the plate.

Adobe can't reset activation counst anymore. The offline activation fails if you have raised the limit of 2 activations.

In this case there's no chance to activate Photoshop anymore.
