Question

Define Custom Shape not working

I'm attempting to turn a word typed with a font, into a custom shape. I can get the font to create a work path but once I have the path the Define Custom Shape option is greyed out. What am I missing? I've even just tried a single letter. All the points looked closed but still no option...?

 

Any ideas?

What version of Photoshop and macOS are you using?

 

Can you give us the name of the font and post a screenshot(s) of Photoshop including the Layers panel and Character panel?

PS 25.9.1 And the thing is this function works in the PS Beta version so ?
