Delete

Question

I aom having an issue printing from Adobe. I read somehwere I should uninstall then reinstall. I have 3 different verions downloaded. I am not able to access the projects I did in previous verions unless I open that specific version. Is that normal? Should I delete the older versions of photoshop from my computer?

Before you uninstall / reinstall, try one of these:

Hold down Shift as you choose File menu > Print to reset the Print dialog.
Reset preferences manually after backing up customization for Actions, Swatches, Gradients, et cetera.

Are you opening the files by double-clicking in Finder/File Explorer or first launching Photoshop and choosing File menu > open?
