I have a Pshop subscription. However, my Pshop goes back to CS 5. I still have the 2 computer license software. However, my Hard drive/computer died and I can not find the list of computers when I log in that Photoshop account.  Who do I contact or where are the computers listed for that software. I use that software on my weak laptop for on the "go".  The software says both lincense are "used" [Personal data removed by moderator]

@Semaphoric

That only works for Creative Cloud apps, not Creative Suite apps.

If you can't deactivate from the computer, then unfortunately, you can't deactivate.

That makes sense. I'd always thought activations were by app, not global for a device.

If you are logged into your Adobe account, go to Manage Account. In the top menu, there is an item Plans and Payment > Activated Devices, which gives an option to deactivate that device. I did this on a recently retired computer.

It's doubtful I will install CS6 on my new computer, so I can't be certain it worked, but my old one doesn't show on the list of Activated Devices anymore.
