Different colors on macOS and Win11

Recently I have found out some color differences between Win 11 and macOS 26 and I dont know what's wrong. Not sure, but I would say it was OK some time ago.

Both systems use same updated PS 27.7.
Both of them use EIZO CG with absolutely same calibration setup.
Color settings in PS is also same.

So I would expect very similar look of images.
But on macOS images are displayed much more saturated, then on Win11.
It means when I start editing on Win11, it is very hard to continue on macOS.

Do you have anyone any idea, what could be reason?

Assuming you use Colornavigator (which you should with these monitors) - recalibrate and make sure to use these settings for profile policies. MacOS does not handle LUT profiles well:

And then also make sure there really is an embedded document profile, and that it’s a standard one. Check that here:

If both of these check out, they should obviously be identical. If they’re not, the only possible reason is a GPU/driver issue.

Photoshop Color Settings don’t need to match. The only important setting there is Color Management Policies, and it should be set to “Preserve Embedded Profiles”. That’s how color management is intended to work. With that setting, the embedded profile will always override your working space.

Win: standalone driver, supplied by graphics card manufacturer; easily corrupted (imho), occasional conflicts

    Mac: driver supplied by Apple
