Different (yellow) tone strips after scanning

After scan, I detected differerent tone (yellowish) strips on some scanned images. Is there something simple it could be used to correct images. Repeated scanning is not an option.

 

I uploaded the image, you can see difference of tones in upper and down part of the image.

    Correct answer davescm

    Add some reference points (shift click with the eyedropper) to top and bottom sections so you can watch them in the info panel while making adjustments.

    Correct the colour first just by sliding the top right to the left slightly for each channel in turn (the colour 'curves' remain straight lines)

    Then some minor adjustments on the overall RGB curve to keep the grayscale the same

      Hey, tnx, how did you do it without loosing yellow parts of the image (islands), when I tried with curves it corrected those strips, but the image got lot brighter.
