Sorry for bad English.

My father is old Photoshop version user and still using CS3 and not easily adjust to new option.

I introduced him to CC 2017 and a problem came up.

Problem : As soon as image crosses the window vertically vertical scroll bar is activated. In CS3 horizontal bar is not activated with it and it activates only after image crosses window horizontally but problem is that in newer versions like CC 2017 both vertical and horizontal bar is activated simultaneously . When Hand Tool is used to hold and move, image cannot move sideways in CS3 while it can move in CC 2017 due to that horizontal scrollbar when it is within horizontal working window. Is there any option to make it like CS3. My father is not getting used to it so plz help.Thank You all.

First i make a image

Then i zoom it and vertical scrollbar is activated

In CS3 horizontal bar is not activated as soon as vertical bar is activated

It activates only after image crosses working window horizontally

But in CC 2017 horizontal bar is activated as soon as vertical is activated
