Disable Photoshop Permanent License

The enterprise is using the Photoshop CS6.0 permanent license.

I'm trying to install that license on a new PC, but it says that it's already in use and I can't use it.

I think it was installed on a PC that was discarded among the existing PCs, but I can't find that PC.

I want to deactivate the license that was previously registered and install it on a new PC, what should I do?

Adobe does not reset activations. To activate on a new computer, you need to have one of your two activations available. See this post for details:

If you do not have an activation available, then you will not be able to activate on a new computer. You can continue using it on the computer where it is already installed and activated.
