disdire prova gratuita di 7 giorni Photoshop macOS

Salve, 

essenzialmente il mio problema è il seguente, ovvero non riesco a disdire la mia prova gratuita che scade oggi 18 dicembre 2019. Ho provato a seguire la guida, ma non mi compare il tasto "Annulla". Come posso risolvere ?

Here I am again.

Sorry but no one answered to my latest reply.

My question is, do I have to change my payment method in this case or can I just leave it like that?

I signed for a free trial back in december but the last day of it I could not cancel and end my trial. So I'm in this situation now where I don't understand whether I have to change my payment method and pay the 24,39€ I got charged for not ending my free trial in time (as I have said I wasn't able to cancel it because there was no 'Cancel' button), or I don't have to do anything and leave my plan like that. I add that I haven't been using the software since my free trial ended in december. 

Hoping my question was clear.

I sincerely thank you,

But I still can't find a solution... the only help I could find through the website "support" section was a tutorial on how to cancel a plan... but my problem is the "cancel" button which isn't there.

So I have a question:

Do I get charged for an extra bill if I don't change my payment method? Or does my plan simply cancel itself after some time?
