Disk Error

I am encountering a disk error and cannot use any of the web app tools. How am I supposed to avoid this? The web app is so different from any version of PS ive ever used, and the web app settings is severly lacking in settings options. I do not want to download the desktop app. I just want to clear PS cache, or reassign where it writes it scratch files so I do not encounter this disk error in the future. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you share a bit more about the issue you're running into? If there's an error message, a screenshot would be super helpful. Also, if you're using Photoshop Web, let us know which browser you're on and whether it's updated to the latest version. If you’ve tried a different browser, did the same error happen there too?
