adobe photoshop 7.0 error "file not save disk is full" 1tb above drive in windows 11

That error is sometimes caused by a hard drive that is 1TB or larger.

That old program was written before large drives existed.

Photoshop 7 is quite an old version, as you mentioned. Could you please confirm if that’s indeed the version you’re using? It’s not officially compatible with the latest operating systems, so while it might still run, you're likely to encounter performance or stability issues.

We strongly recommend updating to the latest version of Photoshop for the best experience and compatibility with modern systems.

This is a Photoshop elements community, not Photoshop.

That version is 23 years old.  Still might work.   

Create a partion that is less than 1TB, install your software there.

 Photoshop 7 cannot see drives of 1TB and above.
