display error when trying to pan - black bars

sigh more display erorrs - each time i have an error im posting here so you can get a feel for how many times this happens to me daily with your new versions of PS. when i pan i get a black box and have to save which takes 5-10 min with giant files and then reboot just to wait 20 min for it to happen again - why ? fix your software its costing me so much money in troubleshooting and time - so frustrating

yes i have tried resetting to defaults ive tried multiple display drivers - multiple versions of PS - 256 gigs of ram - nvidia RTX a500 dual cars - so my machine is a beast - its not the hardware its the software - and I can not screen grab because its client work -

    To help with your issue, let us know which exact version of Photoshop and OS you have.

    How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity?

    Maybe a screen shot of the issue might help.

    Have you tried resetting the preferences back to the factory defaults?

    please understand we have deadlines and this crashing and bugs just casues so much dealy and stress - please let us just go back to your last stable version of 2018
