Display Issue With Xencelabs Pen Display

Question

This is a narly one, and I think more related to Windows and the Xencelabs driver, but just in case...
 
I have just recently got an Xencelabs 16" Pen Display.  I was already using three monitors, all connected to an RTX4080 in an Asus ROG Z79 Hero Maximus, Windows 11 Pro  I could not get the PD16 to work nicely in the last GPU HDMI socket, but the mainboard has an HDMI socket, and it works OK connected to that without buggering up the other displays.  
 
(6960 x 4320)

The problem I can't get past at the moment is that Adobe Camera RAW opens showing the adjustments, but the image window is dark grey, and I can't see the OK button, and nor can I edit the window to reveal it.  If I shut down the Pen Display it works OK
 
This is what I am seeing.  I set the Photoshop background to light grey to see if that was what I was seeing, but you can see that is not the case.  I can resize the ACR window, but never see a scroll bar, and never see an OK or cancel button.  I can close the window wit the Escape key.

I have reset Preferences.
Tried the beta version which has the identical issue.
Tried different workspaces including the default Essentials using 
Tried different Windows display settings for the monitors and the PD (scale and text size)
I have raised a support ticket with Xencelabs.
 
FWIIW, the Pen Display is amazing.  It has a beautifully smooth drawing experience with no delays or lag.  I was peeved to discover that the 16" PD does not have the three buttons on the front, and they decided not to include the clip to mount the Quick Keys to the PD.  That couldn't cost them more than a few dollars, so goodness knows what that's about.  I've made a wooden backet to hold the Quick Keys for now.

Any thoughts anyone?  I feel like it is linked to Windows display settings, as if the image window in ACR is hiding off screen.

OK, I am on the way to getting this sorted. Thinking it was related to display scaling, I put displays back to 100%, and text to 150% in Windows Display settings, and ACR started working again. I was thinking I could adjust scale to each screen individually, but so far, that has not been the case. I'll ask Google for a heads up with this.

So if you have multiple screens, and treat your self to an Xencelabs 16" Pen Display, you might not be able to scale it to the recommended (by Xencelabs) 200%, which is not ideal if your eyesight is not flash.

To round this off, and in case it helps anyone going forward, the display issue resolved when I bought the scaling down. However, I have had to compromise because it seems I can't scale each screen individually with Windows 11. I have Goggled of course, and found contradictory opinions on this, with people saying no it can't be done, to maybe it's your video card driver and you need to roll it back. Yeah... right.

I have two 24" 1920 X 1200 screens, one each side of the main screen with is 29" (I think) and 4K 3840 X 2160.

The Pen Display is 16" and also 4K 3840 X 2160. I have scaling set to 125% and text size as below. I can't go beyond that as the 24" screens become unusable. I would _really_ like to be able to set scaling individually for each screen. 😞

The Photoshop UI is too small to see on the Pen Display, so I leave it on the main display, and use Window > Arrange > New Window which I drag down to the Pen Display. This is mostly working out OK. The PD is a joy to use and it's way easier to do accurate line work than with a tablet.

I am not happy about having the PD at an angle, so I am thinking of working out a mechanism to move the second keyboard nearer to the PD as below, or maybe moving the PD further to the right. I positioned it where it is to give me that wee window for my SpaceMouse, but I only use that with Sketchup, and I doubt I'll use the PD with that app. Fortunately, I worked as design engineer, and still have a decent workshop at home, as well as an engineering shop at the Menz Shed I belong to. The second keyboard is a Logitech G515 TKL that lets you remap _all_ of its keys with G-Hub, so I'll be setting it up to do single key shortcuts, macros, character strings etc.
