Dissolve Layer

I am using a "dissolve" layer set at say 10% opacity. When I  create a visible stamp layer the dissolve layer effects are no longer visible.  I am using the recent Photoshop Beta version 27.0.1. I tried using the file in a the most recent photoshop version and the same happens.  What do I need to do have the effects saved to the file and visible???

You need to view at 100% magnification, where one image pixel is represented by one display pixel, so that interpolation doesn't affect the result.

    Ahhh. Okay. That was indeed the solution. Viewing @ 100% gave the desired result. I'll keep that in mind going forward. Thank you Stephen. I do appreciate your assistance in this matter. Have a great day.
