distorted fingerprints [LOCKED]

I have a copy of very distorted fingerprints (only 3) that I am looking to see if they can be cleaned up.  They are of my daughter who passed away and I'm looking to make a necklace of at least 1 print for her siblings.  Since I am not that techy, can anyone suggest a professional who would be able to try and help or a very easy program I can try?  Thank you.
