If my friend has a photoshop plan and I don't want to pay for one can we both download photoshop on different computers same plan?

Thanks for asking. The answer is no, you can't. The End User License Agreement (EULA) allows no more than one user to use a single-user-license Adobe product. See the FAQs here:

If I have a plan can I also download the app on my other computer meaning I will have to computers on one plan?
