Quando modifico una foto su Photoshop online e poi provo a scaricarla, mi ritrovo un file da 0 kilobyte. Se provo la modalità download da telefono, la pagina sul telefono rimane in download ma non scarica nulla.

@default47052016w4bny9 try using the desktop app to see if you are having the same issues. When I see a '0' kb file, it tells me that file wasn't saved or it was corrupted; on your mobile device, I would log out of adobe.com; clear any history, cache and cookies (all time) to prevent any old caching issues on your device; Restart your device; and log back into adobe.com and try it again
