Download error Photoshop

Dear community, 

I recently bought a trial subscription for Photoshop, but I can't use Photoshop on my PC. Apparently my system doesn't meet the necessary requirements. That can't be true because I have a high-end PC and meet all the specified requirements. How do I fix this error now? I hope you can help me? Thank you in advance!
