Downloading Neural Filters on Mac OS, latest version of PS - download stays at 0KB

I've been seeing a few people have had issues over time downloading the neural filters in Photoshop. The workarounds are old or not relevant to me. Has anyone solved the issue on Mac OS, running the latest version of Photoshop? I'm running Photoshop with the administrator account, I have tried an uninstall/reinstall of the software.

Download always stays stuck at 0kb.

I've been hoping it was just a bug that would get fixed over time, I really would find these features useful and hope someone has a solution.

Adobe support has solved the issue. Photoshop Neural Filters are now downloadable.

The issue was with the network connection I'm using at my company. Restrictions were in place on the network through IT that had to do with Adobe servers. The link to the Adobe servers the company must allow are at this link https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

We discovered this was the issue when Adobe support simply had me remove my iMac from the internet, connect to my cellphone's hotspot and try to download the filters. It immediately worked.

I hope this response helps someone troubleshoot this issue.

How do you solve the problem? I can’t download them either. I’m on macOS 15.4 and Photoshop v. 26.5.

Hello,

I am facing the same problem as my predecessors. Neural Filters cannot be downloaded in Photoshop 26.5.0 on MacOSX 15.3.2. The loading bar appears for a second but then disappears immediately.

Does anyone have a solution for this issue?
