Drawing experience in recent Photoshop versions.

Drawing and Painting in recent versions of Photoshop is ABSOLUTE Nightmare. What did you do to this software?!

I have favourite Initial direction based brush which I worked with for years and I can not use it. Every each stroke it gives random brush angle and you have to redo each stroke every time you got wrong line which makes painting FRUSTRATING experience. 

Ok so you are lucky enough that you have some older version before ad0be remove it from CC. Version 2022 - cool, but when you hit key B and E while drawing then sometimes photoshop don’t record that key is pressed and when you expend to put a stroke you erase it and vice versa. Besides quick flipping canvas horizontal don’t center it and you have to pan canvas all the time.

OK so you back to newest 26.x  or 27.x versions out of frustration. You set up for brush smoothing 0. Initial direction works a bit better, you get much less random angle for first stroke, but as soon as you start using for example Lazy Nezumi addom to draw with perspective lines then AGAIN almost each stroke has worng initial direction angle.

Ok so you try to fix it maybe with setting up PSUSerConfig.txt. And then after 5 second of drawing you got wobbly lines! On supported WACOM DRAWING TABLET.

This is months or even probably years! Can you PLEASE already fix INITIAL DIRECTION BRUSH PROBLEM? Why would anyone pay MONTHLY for this? Questin for ad0be? Why anyone would like to use extrenly BUGGY piece of software for every day work?
