Email reception about fee increase

I received the email for the fee increase. Adobe tells me this possibility: to keep the current effective base rate (excluding any promotions) you can change the subscription to a prepaid annual plan.

But I can't find in Creative Cloud how to do it. Thanks

See the FAQ page:

How can I switch the payment option for my Photography plan (20GB) to take advantage of the savings?

If your Photography plan (20GB) is currently on an annual plan, paid monthly, you can switch your billing to annual plan, prepaid, by visiting your Adobe Account page [https://account.adobe.com] and following these steps:

  • Select the Manage Plan button,
  • then the Update Subscription button.
  • Follow the next steps to complete your request.

You can also do so by contacting Adobe’s Customer Support.

I had already tried to use the "manage plan" button, but on the next page it DOESN'T GIVE ME the "update subscription" button, ?!?!
How do I change it?

Did you try the last line quoted from the Help page?

"You can also do so by contacting Adobe’s Customer Support."

Click the chat box in the lower right and type "agent" to get a human.

Let us know how it goes!
