Enhance JPG file in Photoshop

In my Photoshop Filter Camera Raw, there is no possibility to enlarge the photo - enhance for JPG photo file? How is that?

In addition to the reply from @Ged_Traynor regarding the Adobe Camera Raw plugin which is external to Photoshop, the Camera Raw Filter which is internal to Photoshop doesn't work on raw camera sensor data, it works on rendered data.

@Mladen3330880950is if you're referring to this option in ACR, it's not available for JPG's
