Entfernen Werkzeug trotz Meldung: Komponenten installiert nicht vorhanden.

Question

Hallo,obwohl ich die Meldung erhalte, dass die erforderlichen Kompoenten für das Entfernen Werkzeug installiert wurde istz bei einem Neustart von Photoshop die neuen Ki Optionen nicht verfügbar. Immer wieder kommt die Meldung "Erfoderliche Komponenten werden heruntergeladen. Du kannst die Funktion nutzen, sobald der Download abgeschlossen ist". Kannt jemand den Grund. Scheinbar funktioniert die installation nicht.

Hello, after I uninstalled and reinstalled version 26.1 and also uninstalled the old 2024 version, the problem was solved. Apparently there was a conflict with both versions being installed. Thank you for your help.

I understand how frustrating this must be! To help resolve the issue, could you please check the following:

1. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app > go to Apps > All Apps > find Photoshop > click the three dots (ellipsis) > Get add-ons. There, you can confirm whether the removal tool components have been installed.

2. Also, could you let us know if you have multiple versions of Photoshop installed? If so, please confirm the version number and your OS version as well.

Finally, it would be helpful if you could go to the Help menu in Photoshop and copy the System Info. Then, save it in a text document and upload it here so we can better assist you.
