erreur du programme (1e12aa.3126)

Bonjour,

Depuis la dernière MAJ que j'ai faite (27.2), il m'est impossible d'exporter quoi que se soit. Ce message s'affiche :

Impossible d'exécuter la commande Exporter sous en raison d’une erreur du programme (1e12aa.3126).

J'ai désinstallé / réinstallé Photoshop, puis creative cloud et rien de ce que j'ai trouvé sur les forums n'a fonctionné. C'est pourquoi je m'en remet donc à vous...

If that doesn’t help, could you please share a few more details so we can investigate further?

System Info from the Photoshop Help menu (Help > System Info > Copy and paste the details here)
Does this happen with all file types, or only specific ones (JPG, PNG, PSD, etc.)?
Are you exporting using Export As, or does Save a Copy / Save As work?
Does the issue occur with a new blank document, or only with specific files?
Do you have any third-party plugins, scripts, or extensions installed?
Where are you exporting the file to (local drive, external drive, or cloud-synced folder)?

Once we have this information, we can narrow down the cause and help accordingly.
