ERREUR "Select Subject Classifier model not loaded correctly" pour détection d'objet auto

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème que je n'avais pas avant.

Sur Photoshop V27.2 la séléction automatique d'objets ne fonctionne plus 😞

Cela reste bloqué comme ci-dessous :

Et si je clique j'ai l'erreur "Select Subject Classifier model not loaded correctly"

J'ai essayé une méthode publiée sur la communauté d'aller dans les préférences > traitement de l'image > "plus stable" mais ça fonctionne pas même après redémarrage de PS.

J'ai besoin urgent de cette fonction, je suis perdue 😞

Avez-vous réinitialisé les Préférences de Photoshop comme indiqué par Srishti Bali ?

Thank you for reaching out, and I am sorry you are experiencing these errors in the latest version. However, I have some confusion. The error you typed and the error in the screenshot you shared are different. Could you please confirm what exactly happens when you select Object Finder and highlight the area from which you want to select an object? Does it get stuck on the screen shown above, which says, "Searching for objects in the image. Once the operation is complete, click to select the object," or does it finish and, after finishing, give the error "Select Subject Classifier model not loaded correctly"?

Also, I would suggest resetting preferences for the latest version of Photoshop after taking a backup. Steps are shared here: https://adobe.ly/4sOXZbq

I re-installed the oldest version because I need to work with PS these days, but I had the two errors.

First, when I select Object Finder, it get stuck like the screenshot. There is no pink selection in the area.

Then, if I press enter to stop the processus which is stucking, it say "Select Subject Classifier model not loaded correctly"

I will try later your recommandations. Thank you.

Je viens de ré-installer l'ancienne version de PS et ça remarche.

Il semblerait donc qu'il y ait un problème depuis cette mise à jour V27.2 !
