Erro ao ativar o filtro 3D - Gerenciar mapa normal

Quando tento ativar o filtro 3D - Gerenciar mapa normal aparece o erro: Os recursos 3D que "usar processador gráfico" esteja habilitado nas referências de desempenho. Sua placa de vídeo precisa atender aos requisitos mínimos e que você pode precisar verificar se seu driver está funcionando corretamente. 

 

Gostaria de saber oque preciso fazer para resolver esse erro.

    What version are you using?

    3D features are removed from the current version of Photoshop and the last version recommended for 3D (including normal maps) is v22.2

    @AlineW Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
