Bom dia Galera, estou tendo problemas com a ferramente 'Dissolver" do Photoshop. Sempre que abro a ferramenta tanto usando o menu suspenso como o atalho a tela fica desta forma. Já tentei resetar as configurações (Alt+Ctrl+Shift) e nada, outrora já havia reinstalado Photoshop porém o erro permanece, e como sou fotógrafo isso me atrapalha muito. Alguém pode me ajudar?

Good morning Guys, I'm having problems with Photoshop's 'Dissolve' tool. Whenever I open the tool using either the drop-down menu or the shortcut, the screen looks like this. I've tried to reset the settings (Alt + Ctrl + Shift) and nothing, I had previously reinstalled Photoshop, but the error remains, and since I am a photographer, it disturbs me a lot. Can someone help me?

Estou exatamente com o mesmo problema e nunca consegui solucionar. Simplesmente aparece ao tentar abrir qualquer foto com a ferramenta "Dissolver". Alguém me ajude.

I have exactly the same problem and I have never been able to solve it. It simply appears when trying to open any photo with the "Liquify" tool. Someone help me.

Could you start a new thgread please?

Tell us what operating system and version you are using?

What Photoshop version, and when you started seeing this issue?

Describe in as much detail as you are able, what is happening, the circumstances that lead to it happening?

Include screen shots if you think it will help us to better understand your issue.

Thanks.

Hi @Brendon Gusmão, sorry you are having an issue. We are unclear what you mean by "disolve tool" in Ps? Would it be possible for you to share your steps and more screenshots of what you are doing to get to this issue?  It might be a language translation thing, but we want to make sure we understand what is giving you this problem.

Thank you,
