Ao iniciar o Photoshop. Clico para abrir o photoshop e ele carrega e não chega a iniciar a pagina alegando esse erro acima

When you launch Photoshop. I click to open photoshop and it loads and doesn't start the page claiming this error above

It looks like a JavaScript error, but I don't know why you would see that on open.

Have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

Have you tried the Adobe CC Cleaner tool?

Before any of this, backup any custom actions, brushes or other presets.
