Hola, estoy teniendo un problema al abrir un archivo en Photoshop, me aparece "No se ha podido cumplir porque ha habido un error de programa." pero todo lo demás lo puedo abrir con normalidad solo es un archivo en especifico y no quisiera perderlo, desinstale y volvi a instalar el programa pero continua todo igual
Can you share what version of Photoshop you're currently using? You can find this by going to Help > System Info. Copy and paste it into a text file and share it here in your next response. Also, are you able to open the file in another version of Photoshop?
Apologies for the delayed response. Upon checking, another version is already installed on our machine, and installing a different version is easy through Creative Cloud. You can refer to this guide for more details: Install Previous Versions.
