error color

Hello there!

I've been experiencing some issues with Photoshop lately, and I'm not sure how to resolve them.

The main problem occurring frequently is that when I select a color, the color panel doesn't identify it correctly. For instance, if I choose pink, it appears as black in the panel and doesn't reflect the correct tone or color. How can I fix this?

Another issue is that when I open Photoshop, it displays a message suggesting that it might be a damaged file, but then it opens without any apparent problems.
