Cuando intento hacer un trbajo en Photosop, me sale una caja con un aviso que dice:

Su licencia no ha sido registrada: (seguuida de números y letras)

Porqué me sale esto si cuando entro en Adobe estoy registrado?

He cerrado sesión, pero me da el error de nuevo

Hi @xavierv18237404, Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about your trouble with Photoshop.

 

As Peru. Bob suggested that a screenshot would be really helpful in identifying the error here and the version of PS you're trying to install.

 

You can try out these quick fixes to see if they resolve anything. 

 

1) Sign out and Back Into the Creative Cloud app.

 

2) Make sure you've downloaded the latest version of Photoshop and make sure that the Creative Cloud app is fully updated.

 

3) Disable any proxy or VPN you might be using.

 

4) If all else fails, try uninstalling using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and reinstalling Photoshop. For downloading and steps to use the cleaner tool, check out this Helpx article: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to solve installation problems
