Error Generative Upscale Topaz Gigapixel and Generative Fill Gemini 2.5 (Nano Banana)

When I try to use the new features, Generative Upscale by partners Topaz Gigapixel and Generative Fill in Gemini 2.5 (Nano Banana), an error appears saying that I must contact the administrator.

I spoke with the administrator, and we confirmed that there are no restrictions that should prevent me from using these features.

I will attach a screenshot of the warning message that appears.

    Firefly çalışıyor, ancak Gemini ve Topaz çalışmıyor ve bu hatayı veriyor. Başkaları da bu hatayı yaşıyor mu? Çözümü nedir?

    It looks like you’re referring to Adobe’s enterprise account setup, where access and licenses are managed by an administrator. If you need to find out who your Adobe admin is or how to contact them, here’s are the steps: https://adobe.ly/4ipUrbb

    since the updates, i´m not able anymore to use the generative fill. It says my systemadmin does not allow this tool. What or who ist my systemadmin? My IT-guy says he has no clue what that means. 

    would be glad to hear, if anybody has the same problem and could help me.
