Error importing from Procreate PSD to Photoshop

Hi, Im having problems directly importing files from procreate to photoshop in PSD, usually I share and export from procreate in PSD and tap on Photoshop app and it'll redirect to it and import automatically, but now it only redirects and nothing pops up. I did not receive any error message in Photoshop upon importing, but doing the same action from Photoshop to Procreate works fine tho.

    I am having the same problem as well.  Even opened up my PSD Files I saved Individually and then resaved using photoshop to maximize PSD and PSB File compatability and still cant see it.  I did not see a response, but still trying to figure out how to use this software to animate.

    Can you test to see if the issue is with the Share Sheet as opposed to with Photoshop/Procreate? 

     

    I just tried this successfully:

    • Procreate: Export to PSD
    • Save to Downloads/Documents/Another folder on iPad
    • Photoshop for iPad: Import and Open > Files
    • Locate and select image to open it in Photoshop for iPad

    unfortunately i havent been able to fix it even now , Ive resorted to uploading to google drive to make the transfers for now but hopefully itll get fixed soon

      I'm having the same problem!  Was losing my mind trying to figure it out.  I have a ticket in with procreate as well.

        Ohhhh I finially found other people having the same issue as me! I tried contacting supprot to but I haven't recieved an email yet and it's driving me crazyy!! Hopefully this gets fixed soon, it's very stressful! 😞

            Hate to say I'm glad that I'm not the only 1, I too, have a support ticket out to Procreate. Hopefully they'll have an answer for all of us soon.

              I am having the exact same problem, and it is stressing me out. I havent been able to figure out what is going on. Have you had any luck so far?

                thanks! but I actually contacted procreate support before coming here , they suggested I ask here because theres seems to be a problem with the interaction between Procreate and Photoshop specifically via the Share Sheet
