Error in photoshop, please help!

Hi everyone. 

I have a brand new laptop and have installed PS. Everything, and I mean everything is updated on PS and the laptop. PS has been running great and then all of a sudden when choosing a mask, it crashes and this message pops up: The graphics processor has encountered an unrecoverable error.

Due to a run-time error, GPU acceleration has been disabled for the remainder of the session.

What can I do????????? Please help.
