Error: Local Content Sync Suspended - Photoshop

Hello everyone. I have a problem with Photoshop.
I can't delete a corrupt file that I have in the Photoshop Cloud.
I asked Adobe for assistance, even specialized, but they were unable to solve the problem.
I attach the screenshots where you can see the file that I can't delete...
Can you help me?
