Error with content aware crop then photoshop crashes

when I crop an image using content aware fill it comes up with an error and crashes photoshop

Have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences and disabling GPU acceleration to see if the crash still occurs? Also, make sure your graphics driver is up to date.

I have the same problem. If I switch to the default cropping, there are no errors, but as soon as I try to use “content aware,” it crashes. This is a new behavior since the last update and seems to be tied to the update. Can someone from Adobe please address this issue?

Sorry to hear you're running into the same issue in Photoshop. To help us dig into it, could you confirm a couple of things: your exact OS and Photoshop versions, and whether this happens only with Content-Aware Fill or with Generative Fill as well?

It would also help to submit a crash report using the steps here (https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/desktop/troubleshoot/troubleshoot-tools-resources/submit-crash-reports.html), as that feeds directly into the investigation.
