Question

Error with Generative Tool

Hello!
I work photographing (and editing) sensual photo shoots, but when I use Photoshop's Generative Tool to retouch hair or expand the scene around the model, the artificial intelligence never works. For all other types of photography, it works normally.
Can someone help me with this?
I'm starting to think that Photoshop is no longer an advantageous software for me, considering that I acquired it precisely because of these tools.

Hello @rafaelcapellacurves,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Because Adobe is trying to ensure businesses feel safe using Firefly, their generative AI terms and conditions as well as the models themselves block content that might not conform to the terms. It is hard for the model to get that judgement right every time. In cases like yours, some people have had success in masking part of the image which might be triggering the errors, while they work on another part of the image, and then remove the mask.

Thanks,
