​@federica28205526pme3 sounds like a corrupted installer. Do use the Adobe Cleaner Tool. 
The Adobe Cleaner Tool is Adobe’s deep‑clean utility. I would use this, especially if you keep on getting this message, the tool will clear out bad corrupted and caches that cause these crashes. 

Only use Adobe Cleaner from Adobe’s site, nothing else. Once you use the tool, make sure you download a fresh new installer of Photoshop. Don’t use the previous installer. Better yet, empty the trash of that old downloaded Installer as that may be corrupted.
