I see you're trying to install on D. Do not do that! I assume you're low on space on the C drive, but this is not the way to do it.

First of all, the installation files are only 2 or 3 GB. That's nothing in the big picture. Two GB can be gone in seconds, regardless of Photoshop. You're not saving any significant amount of space this way.

Secondly, a very large part of the installation will end up in your user account on the system drive (C) anyway. In addition, Photoshop relies on the system pagefile for smart objects and many of the new AI-based functions. You cannot change that. Then of course you have the scratch disk, which can be directed to a different drive, but goes to C by default. The scratch disk may require 200-500 GB, depending.

In short, Photoshop eats disk space. Raster image editing is hugely I/O-intensive.

You need to clear out space on your system drive. If you're so low on space that you cannot install Photoshop on C, you will soon have bigger problems. You should never allow the system drive to fill up more than 75% max.

As a rule of thumb, a standard configuration of operating system and a range of applications should not take up more than around 90 - 130 GB or so. If it's more than that there is room for some housecleaning.
