    Hi @Thales38552905j8j7,

Thank you for your patience and for confirming that disabling Auto Size Canvas didn't resolve the issue either. I understand how frustrating this must be.

To help us narrow this down further, could you answer a few questions:

    • Please update to v27.9.1 and let us know how it goes.
    • Does this happen with every file, or only specific ones? If it's specific files, could you share a sample .psd (even a simplified version with dummy content that still reproduces the issue)? This is the single most useful thing for our engineers to investigate.
    • Does the issue affect the exported/saved output, or is it purely a display issue on-screen?
    • Are any of your artboards using gradient fills, or do any layers extend beyond the artboard boundaries?
    • How many artboards are typically in your file when this occurs? Does it happen with as few as 2–3, or only when you have several?
    • Any additional screenshots or a short screen recording of creating a new document, leading to the moment the issue appears (e.g., right after duplicating an artboard) would also be very helpful.

Thank you for working through this with us.

    Best,
    Anshul Saini

    Hi @Thales38552905j8j7

Thanks for sharing these details. Could you please provide a full screenshot of your Photoshop application, along with the System Info from the Help > System Info menu?

    To do this:

    1. Open Photoshop.
    2. Go to Help > System Info.
    3. Copy the entire report and paste it here.

Also, if this is happening with any specific file, please share the sample file as well. This information will help us investigate the issue more thoroughly.
